STEP 1:
GO TO SETTINGS
On the Buddy List® window, click on the "Edit" menu item. Select the "Settings" menu drop-down item.
STEP 2:
SELECT GENERAL IM
Once you are in your settings, click on the "General IM" tab.STEP 3:
CHANGE THE PREFERENCE
Check the box next to the "Use Grouped IMs to display my IMs" option, and then click the "apply" button. Now, all your IMs will appear in one window.
