Q:  How do I send Instant Messages?
A: You send Instant Messages by double-clicking a buddy's name, typing in your message, and clicking Send. When you get a response, a separate screen opens above the original screen. You type your remarks in the bottom screen and click Send. They'll appear in the top screen along with your buddy's remarks, so you can keep track of the conversation.
