	Q: Will AOL members see my new AIM Expressions?
	A:	Yes, with new AIM Expressions and the newest AOL Instant Messenger software, your buddies on AOL will see your Expressions and you will see theirs. Plus, you can display 3-D animated SuperBuddy icons; your AOL buddies will see yours and you will see theirs.

	Q: My friend on AIM cannot see my new AIM Expressions. Why?
	A:	AIM Expressions and SuperBuddies are visible to AOL members and to users of AIM 5.1 or later. Your friend will see your Expressions after upgrading to the newest version of AIM.

	Q: How long is the download for AIM Expressions?
	A:	You can see your new Expressions instantly. There's no lengthy download.

	Q: What is a SuperBuddy icon and how does it work?
	A:	A SuperBuddy icon is an animated buddy icon that responds to mouse movements and also typed comments in your instant messages. For example, if you use a SuperBuddy icon and you type "LOL" in an instant message, the icon will giggle.   A wide choice of SuperBuddy icons is available from AIM Expressions. You can find SuperBuddy icons by clicking Change Buddy Icon on the My Expressions page.

	Q: How do I change my AIM Expressions?
	A:	On the My AIM Expressions page, look for the Change Buddy Icon, Change Wallpaper, Change Sounds and Change Smileys links in the middle of the page. Clicking any of those will take you to the "catalog" of AIM Expressions.

	Q: What are one-click themes?
	A:	A package of a buddy icon, a wallpaper, smileys, sounds and more comprise a one-click theme. As the name implies, with one click you can totally change the AIM Expressions you are using.

	Q: I can see my SuperBuddy icon moving and reacting to my typed messages, but my buddy cannot. Why?
	A:	Your buddy may be using an older version of AOL Instant Messenger software. Only the newest version of AOL Instant Messenger allow the full fun of SuperBuddy icons. Your buddy can download and upgrade to the newest version of AIM by visiting http://www.aim.com.

	Q: How do I control what I see and what others see when using AIM Expressions and SuperBuddy icons? How do I control Expressions sounds? How can I turn off AIM Expressions?
	A:	The new AOL Instant Messenger software offers control over the way AIM Expressions are shown to you and to others. In the newest AIM, click the Setup icon in the lower right corner of the software, then click Expressions to see the controls.
